Playground Construction Underway

We’re thrilled to report that construction on the Coweta Street Park playground is well underway!

Crews have made remarkable progress over the past week, with major components of the playground now taking shape on site. Slides, swings, and climbing equipment are being installed, transforming the space into what will soon be a vibrant play area for the children of Senoia.

As shown in the latest photos, the groundwork is nearly complete and the finishing touches are just around the corner. We remain firmly on track for the grand opening of the park, set for Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

We invite everyone in the community to join us for the ribbon cutting ceremony and help celebrate the transformation of this long-envisioned project into a lasting community space.
